At Indo Arab Designs, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, our Return & Refund Policy outlines how you can return items and request refunds.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Time Frame: Items must be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: Products must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
  • Slight color variations due to individual screen and photographic resolutions

Incorrect Measurements: Customers are responsible for providing correct measurements. No refund or return is available for incorrect size selections on personalized garments.

2.Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Provide your order number and reason for return.

Approval: Once approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the item(s).

Packaging: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.

Shipping: Ship the items to the return address provided in the approval email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Refunds are processed as follows:

Approval: If approved, refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 days.

Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply if stated during purchase.

Non-Refundable Conditions: Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Returned items are not in their original condition (e.g., damaged, missing parts).
  • Return is requested after the allowed time frame.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable as shipping is a service already used.

Product Mismatch: Full refund or exchange is offered only if the product does not match the product details. Claims must be initiated within 5 days of delivery with supporting images sent to our email.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase and take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account/card.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
